Impact of RLIP antibody and RLIP antisense on normal and OC cells survival. A Effect of RLIP antibody (40 µg/ml final concentration) on cell survival was determined by MTT assay. Depletion of RLIP expression by RLIP antisense (10 µg/ml final concentration) was also done using Maxfect Transfection Reagent, according to the manufacturer’s instructions. Cell survival was measured by MTT cytotoxicity assay 48 h after treatment. Table represents percent cell survival after RLIP antibodies and RLIP antisense treatment. The values are presented as mean ± SD from three separate determinations with eight-replicates each ( n = 24).
